Saving Your Route

  • Save Route button: Pro and Max subscribers can click this button to save the current route for future use.
  • Route Name: Enter a descriptive name for your route
  • Description: Add an optional description to help identify the route later
  • Save Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear once the route is saved successfully
  • Loading a Saved Route

    Accessing Load Saved Route:

  • User Menu: Click on your user avatar in the top-right corner
  • Select Option: Choose "Load Saved Route" from the dropdown menu
  • Subscription Required: This feature is available only to Pro and Max subscribers
  • Understanding Your Saved Routes:

    Each saved route displays the following information:

  • Route Name: The name you assigned when saving
  • Starting Address: The first address in your route
  • Date Saved: When the route was originally saved
  • Number of Stops: Total stops in the route (displayed with a location pin icon)
  • Total Distance: Route distance in miles (displayed with a road icon)
  • Estimated Time: Total driving time excluding stop durations (displayed with a clock icon)
  • Finding Routes:

  • Search Function: Use the search bar to filter routes by name
  • Real-time Filtering: Results update as you type
  • Case Insensitive: Search works regardless of capitalization
  • Loading a Route:

  • Browse or Search: Find the route you want to use
  • Load Button: Click the "Load" button next to your desired route
  • Route Population: The route will populate in the route planner form
  • Ready to Optimize: You can then modify addresses or re-optimize as needed
  • What Happens When You Load:

  • All addresses from the saved route are loaded into the route planner
  • The starting address is populated
  • Stop addresses are added to the Additional Stops field
  • You can modify addresses, add new stops, or change settings before planning
  • The original saved route remains unchanged
  • Managing Your Saved Routes

    Accessing Route Management:

  • User Menu: Click on your user avatar in the top-right corner
  • Select Option: Choose "Manage Saved Routes" from the dropdown menu
  • Subscription Required: This feature is available only to Pro and Max subscribers
  • Saved Routes Dashboard:

    The management page displays all your saved routes in an organized view with:

  • Route Cards: Each saved route shown as a card with key information
  • Search Bar: Filter routes by name to quickly find specific routes
  • Route Counter: Shows total number of saved routes (e.g., "4 of 4 routes")
  • Finding Routes:

  • Search Function: Use the search bar to filter routes by name
  • Real-time Filtering: Results update as you type
  • Case Insensitive: Search works regardless of capitalization
  • Route Actions:

    Each saved route card includes three action buttons:

    Download (Export to CSV):

  • CSV Export: Click the download icon to export the route as a CSV file
  • Route Data: Exported file contains all route stops and information
  • File Format: Compatible with spreadsheet applications
  • Edit Route Details:

  • Edit Icon: Click the edit icon to modify route information
  • Editable Fields: Change the route name and description
  • Route Stops: Note that you cannot edit the actual stops/addresses from this view
  • Save Changes: Updates are saved automatically
  • Delete Route:

  • Delete Icon: Click the delete icon to remove the route permanently
  • Permanent Action: Deleted routes cannot be recovered
  • Confirmation: System will ask for confirmation before deletion
  • Navigation:

  • Back to Planner: Click this button to return to the Route Planner application
  • Seamless Return: Takes you back to the main route planning interface
