• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

The Service is intended to support planning by a single professional user and is not a common carrier, dispatch platform, or safety‑critical navigation system. Do not rely on the Service where failure, delay, or inaccuracy could result in harm, injury, or significant loss.

Geographic coverage, address data, and map features are focused on the United States. Use outside the U.S. may be incomplete or unavailable.

6. Routing Disclaimer

The Service uses Google Maps APIs and other data sources. Route results are provided “as is” on a best‑effort basis and may be affected by traffic, closures, data errors, and other factors. You are solely responsible for verifying routes and complying with applicable laws and road conditions. We are not responsible for delays, misroutes, or losses arising from use of any route.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Route Forge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.
