Stop Number: Order in the optimized sequence

Address: Full address as entered

Arrival Time: When you'll arrive at this stop

Stop Duration: Time you'll spend at this location

Departure Time: When you'll leave for the next stop

Drive Time: Travel time to the next stop

Individual Adjustments: Click on any stop's duration controls

Hours and Minutes: Use the + and - buttons or type directly

Real-Time Updates: Total trip time updates instantly

Practical Times: Consider realistic times for your activities:

Quick pickup: 5-10 minutes

Delivery: 15-20 minutes

Meeting: 30-60 minutes

Detailed inspection: 60+ minutes

Reordering Stops

Drag and Drop:

Desktop and Mobile: Click and drag any stop to reorder

Visual Feedback: Stops highlight while being dragged

Re-Ordering: New order is retained when you recalculate the route

Automatic Segmentation:

Routes with 10 or more addresses are automatically divided into segments

Each segment contains up to 10 stops for optimal performance

Segments are designed to minimize backtracking and travel time

Segments maintain the order of your stops

Segments are overlapped - the last address of one segment is the first address of the next

Understanding Segments:

Segment 1: Stops 1-10

Segment 2: Stops 10-19

Segment 3: Stops 19+ (if applicable)

Route Planner relies on Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation
